In operation since 2004 at 9528 E. 126th Street, Big Apple Bagels is locally-owned and operated by franchisee Syed Mohammad. Retired from Eli Lilly and Company, Syed Mohammad purchased the franchise business from its original owner in November 2018. He currently employees a team of 14 full and part-time staff members.
